Use Habbits to help you transform your life! 

Research shows that randomized rewards greatly strengthen a behavior one wants to habituate.

 Immediately after task completion, take out a mint from your Habbits container.  If it is plain white, great.   Enjoy a delicious mint.  

But, if the mint is GREEN, -- HUZZAH! -- Reward yourself for taking the next step on your journey of habit maxing!

Sweeten your journey toward success! 

 

Here are a few reward suggestions:

  1. Close your eyes and imagine your desired goal.  Imagine yourself having accomplished said goal.  What do you see?  What do you feel? Create the full-sensory experience in your imagination!
  2. Give someone a high-five!  Backup idea:  If you can't/won't high-five another person, high-five YOURSELF! (CAUTION: If you high-five your mirror twin, don't smash the glass. T'is no bueno.)
  3. Take a moment to embrace the process and congratulate yourself.  REMEMBER:  "The most important step in any journey is the next step."  Always the next step.  Keep going!
  4. Set your own reward!  Choose a reward that brings you a bit of satisfaction.  And let that reward lead you forward on your habit-maxing journey!
