- Close your eyes and imagine your desired goal. Imagine yourself having accomplished said goal. What do you see? What do you feel? Create the full-sensory experience in your imagination!
- Give someone a high-five! Backup idea: If you can't/won't high-five another person, high-five YOURSELF! (CAUTION: If you high-five your mirror twin, don't smash the glass. T'is no bueno.)
- Take a moment to embrace the process and congratulate yourself. REMEMBER: "The most important step in any journey is the next step." Always the next step. Keep going!
- Set your own reward! Choose a reward that brings you a bit of satisfaction. And let that reward lead you forward on your habit-maxing journey!
